How the night unfolds
By eight in the evening the sauna is heated and waiting for you. All you need to bring is good company and whatever you would like to see on the festive table. Towels, bathrobes and slippers are available on site for a fee, or bring your own.
From 8 PM to 3 AM
The complex is at your disposal from 8 PM on 31 December to 3 AM on 1 January. The price covers the full rental period.
Your own drinks and food
Bring along whatever you love. We only ask you to leave the glass at home: plastic and cans in the sauna and pool area.
Your own food
Bring everything for the festive table with you – each complex has a table and room to set it. Light snacks and drinks are available from the attendant.
Smart TV
Each complex has a Smart TV: connect your phone or put on YouTube – the New Year address, the chimes and music.
Your own festive table
On New Year's Eve the food is your own: bring along everything you would like to see on the table. The private sauna lounge has a large table; the spa complex has a bar counter and tables by the pool.
The attendant is on site all night – there are light snacks and drinks to be had if anything runs short. We only ask you to leave the glass at home: plastic and cans in the sauna and pool area.

Send an enquiry or call – we will confirm whether your chosen complex is free and send the payment details. A New Year's Eve booking is confirmed by full payment; please note that it is not refunded in case of cancellation. With only two complexes, it is best not to leave it too late.

Sauna rental for New Year's Eve in Tallinn
Klondaik is two separate complexes in Lasnamäe: a private sauna and a spa complex. On New Year's Eve each of them goes to one group in its entirety – with no one else around. Both have a Finnish sauna, a pool, a Smart TV and room for a festive table. On 31 December 2026 the complexes welcome guests from 8 PM to 3 AM.
The price is fixed and does not depend on the number of hours: the private sauna is €600 for the night for a group of up to 8, the spa complex with a pool €800 for a group of up to 12. Guests bring their own drinks and food; light snacks and drinks are available from the attendant. Towels and bathrobes are provided on site for a fee. There is free parking in front of the building.

Can we bring our own drinks and food?
Yes, of course – on New Year's Eve that is the main option. Our only request is to leave the glass at home: in the sauna and pool area only plastic and cans are allowed.
Can we order a festive table from you?
On New Year's Eve we do not cook – you bring the food with you. Each complex has room to set a table, and light snacks and drinks are available from the attendant all night.
Can one group rent both complexes?
On New Year's Eve each complex is booked separately and welcomes its own group. Choose the one that suits your size: the private sauna for a group of up to 8, the spa complex for up to 12.
Is there music and a TV?
Yes. Each complex has a Smart TV – connect your phone or put on YouTube, and the music plays through it. You will see the New Year address and the chimes right there.
Are towels and bathrobes included?
They are provided on site for a fee: a towel is €3, a bathrobe €5, slippers €3 per pair. You are welcome to bring your own.
