What data we process
When you send an enquiry through the website we receive the data you provide: name, phone, e-mail, company (for conferences), date and time, number of guests, chosen service and comment.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used only to answer your enquiry, check availability and prepare an offer. The basis is your request (steps prior to entering into a contract). The data is not used for marketing messages.
Processors and data transfers
Form delivery is provided by Web3Forms (delivery of the message to our e-mail); the provider is bound by a data processing agreement to comply with the GDPR. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Google Ireland Ltd. may transfer data to the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The map on the website is loaded from Google services (Google Ireland Ltd.), which may use its own cookies in line with its policy.
Retention
Enquiries are kept in our mailbox for up to 12 months after the correspondence ends, unless a contractual relationship arises.
Cookies, Meta Pixel and Google Ads
The website does not need cookies for its pages to work; your choice in the banner is stored in the browser (localStorage) for up to 12 months. Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) and the Google Ads / Google Analytics tag (Google Ireland) for advertising measurement are enabled only after your consent in the banner; before consent the Google tag runs without cookies (Consent Mode). You can withdraw consent by clearing the site data in your browser.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion by writing to info@klondaik.ee. The supervisory authority in Estonia is the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.
Klondaik
