Banquet hall in Tallinn for up to 100 guests
The 300 m² Klondaik banquet hall in Lasnamäe suits events of up to 100 guests: birthdays and anniversaries, weddings, graduations, company parties and family occasions.
We will help you choose the menu format and the table layout according to the number of guests and the nature of the event. With a banquet menu order the hall rental until 11 PM is included.
You may bring your own alcohol under the banquet terms. Equipment, table setting and additional rental of the sauna or spa complex are also available for the event.
Event terms
Banquet menu from €48 per guest. The ready-made options can be used as a basis: dishes can be replaced or a different menu composed to your wishes. With a menu order no separate fee is charged for the hall until 11 PM.
Your own alcohol is allowed. In that case a Klondaik welcome drink of €5 per guest applies. If you prefer, drinks can be ordered from us, including at the bar during the event. Soft drinks are provided by Klondaik.
You may decorate the hall yourself to suit the event. The equipment set – speakers, lights, microphone and projector – costs €100 for the evening. Projector rental alone is €50.
Sauna and spa after the event
The private sauna and the spa complex can be booked in addition – separately or together – to continue the event after the banquet. The sauna and spa are booked and paid for separately.

Company and Christmas parties
Klondaik can host a company party or a Christmas evening for up to 100 people. We will propose a banquet menu, prepare the hall and provide equipment if needed. If you would like the sauna or spa after the banquet, mention it in your enquiry.

The hall can be rented without ordering the Klondaik menu – with your own food and drinks. To calculate the price, state the date of the event, the start and end time, the number of guests, whether you need tableware and table setting, and cleaning after the event. We will then prepare an offer.

How many people does the hall seat?
Up to 100 guests. The hall is 300 m². The table layout depends on the format and the number of guests.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes. In that case a Klondaik welcome drink of €5 per guest applies. Drinks can also be ordered from us, including at the bar during the event. Soft drinks are provided by Klondaik.
How much does a banquet cost?
The banquet menu costs from €48 per guest. With a menu order the hall until 11 PM is included; after 11 PM the rental is €70 per hour. The booking is confirmed by a €200 deposit.
Can we decorate the hall ourselves?
Yes. You can prepare the decoration yourself. Party poppers, confetti and fireworks are not allowed indoors; fireworks outside are allowed until 10 PM.
Is there music and a projector?
The set with speakers, lights, microphone and projector costs €100 for the evening. The projector alone is €50.
Can we book the sauna after the banquet?
Yes. The private sauna and the spa complex are booked separately – one or both.
Is the hall suitable for a wedding?
Yes. Weddings for up to 100 guests are one of our main formats. The hall can be decorated in your colours, the menu and layout are agreed in advance, and after the banquet you can book the sauna or spa.
Is there free parking?
Yes. There is free parking in front of the building. Please note the road signs, as some spaces belong to neighbouring properties.
